{"id":1556,"date":"2018-04-04T09:03:45","date_gmt":"2018-04-04T06:03:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sites.susu.ru\/i40\/?page_id=1556"},"modified":"2023-08-30T14:49:59","modified_gmt":"2023-08-30T11:49:59","slug":"for-authors","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.susu.ru\/i40\/for-authors\/","title":{"rendered":"For Authors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Program Committee has the right to reject without consideration the papers, which are not conforming to requirements described in this section.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>GloSIC admits original scientific papers in Russian that present novel theoretical and\/or experimental results in the conference scope and have not been previously published and are not being submitted to another conference or journal.<\/p>\n<p>The International Program Committee will select papers according to their content, theoretical and practical contribution.<\/p>\n<p>All accepted papers will be published electronically and indexed in Russian Science Index. The best papers will be published (after further revision) in the following journals:<\/p>\n<p>Bulletin of the South Ural State University. Series: Computational Mathematics and Software Engineering (indexed in Russian Science Citation Index on the Web of Science platform),<\/p>\n<p>Bulletin of the South Ural State University. Series: Computer Technologies, Automatic Control, Radio Electronics (indexed in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science),<\/p>\n<p>Instruments (indexed in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science), and other journals indexed in the &#171;White List&#187; of RCSI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements for Scientific Content<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Content of the paper should meet the following basic requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>topicality (the paper should consider some problem of state-of-the-art science and\/or technology that is interesting to the scientific community);<\/li>\n<li>scientific nature (the paper should consider scientific aspects of the problem, even if the task itself has a practical application);<\/li>\n<li>originality (the paper should present novel results; the survey paper must be approved by the special decision of the Program Committee).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The paper must have a clear structure with the following sections that generally accepted for scientific publications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>introduction where the topicality and scientific significance of the study is claimed;<\/li>\n<li>a brief review of the related works;<\/li>\n<li>problem statement and theoretical part of the study;<\/li>\n<li>the practical part of the study (the implementation of programs or prototypes of devices, case studies, experimental results, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>conclusions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The volume of the paper is 6-15 pages.<\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements for the formatting of the paper<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Papers may be prepared in LaTeX2e (<a class=\"link\" href=\"http:\/\/miktex.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MiKTeX<\/a> package is recommended) or MS Word in accordance with GloSIC formatting rules (cf. <a href=\"http:\/\/sites.susu.ru\/i40\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/36\/2023\/08\/guidelines_ru.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">author guidelines<\/a>). Authors are recommended to use the following templates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LaTeX format: <a href=\"http:\/\/sites.susu.ru\/i40\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/36\/2023\/08\/example_latex.zip\">example_latex.zip<\/a><\/li>\n<li>MS Word format: <a href=\"http:\/\/sites.susu.ru\/i40\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/36\/2023\/08\/example_word.zip\">example_word.zip<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Submission of the papers<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A paper should be submitted electronically\u00a0<b>in PDF format<\/b> via EasyChair system at <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=glosic2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=glosic2023<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>An author can participate in the submission of two manuscripts at most. The same group of authors can submit only one manuscript.<\/p>\n<p>The Program Committee screens plagiarism and self-plagiarism in the submitted manuscripts through the special software (<a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.antiplagiat.ru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anti-plagiarism<\/a>,\u00a0<a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ithenticate.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iThenticate<\/a>). The recommended minimum degree of originality of the manuscript is 70%.
